About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced storeroom superstar to join us as our NEWEST Storeroom Person/Delivery Driver at our BIO-JOHN store. You will…
- Complete storeroom duties including local deliveries
- Provide PAW-some, world class customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide customers with excellent product knowledge & equine specialist knowledge
- Know how to represent the PETstock brand.
- Monitor and replenish stock.
- Maintain and uphold merchandising and store presentation standard.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A positive, can do attitude.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience.
- The ability to show initiative, enthusiasm and punctuality.
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a friendly passionate and successful team.
- Having previous vet nursing or animal care experience or qualifications would be high regarded.
- Hold a current forklift license.
- Must be physically able to work in an environment requiring repeated heavy lifting of stock weighing up to 20kgs.
- Ability to work week days, weekends, public holidays and university holidays as required.
- A passion for pets is a MUST!
