Our client is a global customised 3PL international freight forwarder in the logistics market, with a team full of hands on, dedicated staff.
 
An opening has become available in their export team for an National Export Airfreight Operator to handle all their export air freights shipments. They are located in the Western suburbs, the ideal candidate will handle national shipments from order through to uplift. Including checking in and at times delivering cargo to the relevant CTO/Co-Loader.
 
The role includes but is not limited to the following tasks:  

• End to end control of the export process
• Interaction and bookings with Airlines and co-loaders
• Creating and cutting export documents, EDN's and permits (when required)
• Arranging cartage
• Invoicing

The following skills are essential to be considered for the role: 

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in export operations
• Proven EDI Cargowise systems us
• DG (Dangerous Goods) licences is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Time management and organisational skills
