Kingpin/PPI is an Australian owned and operated company that specialises in the manufacturing and decoration of containers and aftermarket automotive parts. The Company is situated in Cheltenham and has been in business for over 25 years. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Quality Assurance Officer, to be part of our experienced Senior Management and Production Teams, leading the QA Department.
The role will require the candidate to ensure all products and Quality System are compliant with relevant standards (ISO 9001:2015, HACCP & GMP). Specifically, you will be required to conduct day to day quality checks of the moulded and printed products, inspect the incoming raw materials, master batch and externally supplied products. It is essential for this position to ensure that the Standard Operating procedures are followed for every step from production to dispatch, test equipment is calibrated and regular audits are occurring as per the schedule. You will also be required to improve and implement training programs and follow up on individual training opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Professional competency;
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, HACCP and GMP compliance regulations;
- Plastics and printing experience highly desirable;
- Proficient communication and report writing abilities and MS Office programs;
