HOBAN has roles available in Thornton for motivated and energetic individuals to join dynamic teams in storage services environments. 

This role entails the below:

• Digitising daily work order requests
• Preparing, Scanning & checking all requested files
• Correcting any errors in request files
• Repetitive heavy lifting (15KG +)
• Meeting client/work deadlines
• Working in a repetitive work practice
• Assisting the Scanning room Supervisor (when required)
• Updating locations on files
• Liasing with the site Supervisor of any queries
• General housekeeping

To be suitable for the role, you must have the below experience & attributes:

• Fluent in reading and writing English language
• Ability to repetitively lift 15KG
• Ability to meet team/ work deadlines
• Experience using imaging software (KODAK, Capture pro. & ADOBE Pro.)
• Quick learning to new computer systems & new technologies
• Ability to work unsupervised
• High attention to detail
• Current Drivers license
• Confidence in safe handling of sensitive files
• Being resilient & open to any new processes or changes

Successful candidates will be subject to Employment Screening Checks such as Criminal Record Checks at your own cost.

Casual hours range between 8:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday.
