Oji Cardboard Carton Solutions, part of the rapidly expanding global Oji Group, specialises in the manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions. Our Dandenong South plant produces plain and litho printed corrugated cartons which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of our customer’s products – some of which include: wine and fruit boxes, point of sale displays, shelf ready cartons, countertop and floor merchandisers, hang sell units to premium presentation boxes.
This role not only involves the safe, secure and efficient transportation, handling and storage of corrugated board and its associated by-products on site, but you will also be responsible for supporting the manufacturing team with the creation of cardboard products, including operating the box making machine.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for maintaining high product quality standards whilst adhering to good manufacturing practice principles.
A current forklift licence is essential.
To be successful for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Demonstrated performance in current/ previous role;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- A methodical approach to problem solving;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of metric measurements
- An ability to work efficiently without direct supervision to complete your duties;
- Passion and strive in identifying opportunities for improvement;
- A strong focus on quality and commitment to upholding Workplace Health & Safety standards in your own work and that of others.
