The current opportunity will suit a Sales professional who is looking to develop their Freight Forwarding experience into sales who may be from and operations or Customer Service background in the Adelaide marketplace. Knowledge and experience within the international Logistics space seeking a small branch with global reach.

For a number of reasons you will find yourself working with competitive nett rates from day one, opening doors in markets as a Junior Sales Professional is where you come in to the picture and develop your sales career in International Freight Forwarding. This opportunity is for an energetic and self-motivated junior sales professional who is wanting to take the next step in their B2B logistics sales career.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Strategically developing current clients ensuring delivery of solutions are to the highest standard ensuring long term success. Identifying new business and new market opportunities, developing call cycles / sales strategies to secure new business.Prepare sales reporting in a timely manner includes attending regular sales meetings.Ability to work to KPI's, increase revenue and lift conversions of new opportunities. Ensuring current and new clients are educated as to the companies various innovative services and solutions. Always reviewing and ensuring clients current and future needs.

Some ideal experience and attributes required for this position include:

Proven ability to enter a sales position cumming from International Freight Forwarding background in either Customer Service or Operations looking to take the step into sales and be self driven in the Adelaide Logistics market.

Excellent presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of Sea Freight sailings and Airfreight routes / hubs. Ability to manage and influence relationships and build new relationships through networking and sales calls. Self motivated with a desire to achieve success in a competitive space. Minimum 18 months - 2 years in International Freight ideally within the Adelaide market.

The successful candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role alone with local market logistics industry knowledge. The right person to fit in will have a team mentality , be able to balance a new business focus whilst maintaining existing clients working in a competitive space for a high profile global logistics specialist.
