The University of Canberra is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of customer focused concierge, mail and warehouse services which support University staff and operations.  

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be required to implement and maintain a centralised asset management system to monitor and record the receipt and delivery of consignments, goods, inventory and deliveries across campus. Additionally, as an individual in a key support role you will be required to undertake account payable and receivable functions when necessary. This role will see you liaise with suppliers and external service providers to ensure the quality is not compromised. As a customer focused individual, you will identify and respond swiftly to enquiries and issues that arise.

To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a similar capacity and have a strong focus in customer service. As a results focused individual, you must demonstrate your ability to build and maintain relationships with various levels of stakeholders and the community.  Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills are also essential.
