This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading product engineering company that specialise in design and manufacturing equipment both nationally and globally. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and previous experience working as a Machine Operator within an industrial/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, very energetic and physically fit.
Previous experience operating machinery and hand power tools is essential. Individuals with experience from other areas of production will also be considered.
We currently have vacancies for the Day Shift $36p/h (6am - 6pm) and Night shift role (6pm-6am) Excellent hourly rate $36-$44 per hour.
You will be required to pass a full medical / Drug & Alcohol test.
The successful candidate will have:
• Strong experience in a workshop using a range of both powered and non-powered hand tools, such as jack hammers and angle grinders
• Fit and Healthy
• Able to work in a fast pace and hot environment
• The initiative and drive to meet production and quality standards
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• The ability to working as part of a team
• The flexibility to work in different areas of the production shop as required
