A role which requires proven Procurement Contract Management skills matched with a good appreciation of the legal aspects of Contract documentation and negotiation.

As a key member of the Procurement Team, you will author the tender and contract documentation to ensure the cost effective procurement of materials and services to meet the requirements of the Capital Works Program which, subject to the Scopes of Work, may be in the range of $500K to $50 million.
You will be charged with responsibility for ensuring best value with minimal risk. Ideally you will have similar experience in a mining/mineral processing environment, with proven tender preparation, evaluation and award capabilities. Your experience will include proven capabilities in contract negotiation, assessment and settlement of major variation claims. You will have well developed communication skills ( reading, writing and listening ) .
