Seafreight Coordinator

$55k + Super

Sydney

Sea Freight operations(Import and Export) - handling clients queries, including charges, vessel arrival and departure times and other general enquiries.
Inputting of data into EDI and ensure the follow up through all the functions relating to each shipment.
Lodge SCA via EDI and get all necessary custom Clearance documents
Customer invoicing and creditor invoice processing in timely manner
Rate Negotiations with Sea Liners.
Assisting processing of data from company reports and reporting
Arranging transport in and out
Co-ordination with overseas companies and agents

Key Skills:

Over 2 years Industry experience in forwarding operations
Specific experience in freight/cargo forwarding
Sea Export and Import experience
Familiar with export destination regulation e.g.USA & Japan.
Comfortable working in high pressure environment
Ability to work on +70 jobs at any one time
