Based near Dandenong and working closely with the parts and warehouse team you will look to ensure clients receive the best customer service possible.

In principal the role will basically involve:-                   Maintaining coverage of the counter and dispatch areas.    Interpreting internal and external parts requests.               Processing customer parts invoices and quotes.               Assisting with warehouse operations on occasions.          Assisting the Parts Supervisor with the parts database maintenance.                                                                   Maintaining the showroom and other areas of responsibility in a neat, clean and safe state.

Ideally the successful candidate's background will have been in an automotive based environment however previous knowledge of mining, forestry, construction or crushing plant and equipment will be a bonus.  They will also be confident, driven, accountable and able to communicate effectively with the organization's customers and suppliers as well as other personnel within the company.
