We are currently seeking a HSE Systems and Quality Manager to join our team. This position will be reporting to the General Manager HSEQ.
The successful applicant's role will be to support the GM HSEQ, provide support to our operations & support functions in ensuring our quality management system is maintained to ISO9001:2015 and our internal & external audit programs are being followed. There will be a requirement to travel within Australia to participate in audits. This is a hands-on, busy role suitable for a driven individual wanting to build their career with a safety focussed industry leader.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below:
- Manage HSEQ document control & HSE System access across the business
- Develop internal audit programs to ensure Centurions integrated management system is being complied with for safety, environment and quality
- Undertake HSE reporting to a high standard including weekly and monthly data reviews to ensure data integrity
- Auditing and managing external certification to the following standards ISO19001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO18001
- Reviewing HSE management documents to ensure functional, useable and regular reviews are conducted
- Ensure our 9001 QMS is constantly challenged and improved and operations are supported to ensure compliance
- Develop and manage sharepoint system
- Working closely with the HSEQ team to ensure the integrity of data
- Supporting the tender team with HSE related statistics
- Produce comprehensive reports for the GM HSEQ and conduct statistical analysis
- Assist in development of eLearning & training packages
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and analytical skills
- Proven quality systems management experience to ISO9001:2015
- A degree or diploma in safety
- Excellent attention to detail and data analysis skills are a non-negotiable
- Ability to travel within Australia
- Experience with Myosh is highly desirable
- Proven experience in driving engagement and performance through HSE data reporting
- Highly organised and motivated by continuous improvement
