About the business and the role

Hypro Pet Care are a leading Australian owned pet food manufacturer.  We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced full-time Fitter to join our team at our company manufacturing warehouse in the Windsor / Wilberforce area of NSW.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The successful candidate needs to have a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.  You will be responsible for the ongoing service and maintenance of our production lines.  Fault finding, breakdown and preventative maintenance experience is essential.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate must have:-

• Relevant trade qualifications - essential.
• Industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with Conveyors and Gearboxes - essential.
• Fabrication / welding experience.
• Forklift licence - essential.
• A strong work ethic and a solid work history.
• Safety & Quality Focused and able to follow policies.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Completed Working at Heights training.
• Completed Confined Space training.
• Applicants local to the Windsor / Wilberforce area are highly desirable. 
• An appropriate salary will be negotiated for the right applicant.
