Harbourside Services is part of the Harbourside Cold Stores Refrigerated Logistics Group, with our head office located in Townsville, Queensland
We service the North Queensland region with refrigerated logistic services, cold storage facilities and the supply of produce to the retail and wholesale sectors.
About the role
This role reports to the Operations Manager, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and grow customer relationships with key customers,suppliers and tenants
- Fully maintain Quality & Safety systems
- Export AA SQF Code management
- Conduct internal audits
- Drive change throughout our business always striving to improving Quality and Safety
- Be part of a motivated team and to work effectively across all departments of the Harbourside Group of Companies
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Day to day operational duties
- Managing your small processing team to achieve company objectives
About you
- Experienced Q.A professional who can effectively display a track record of previous achievements
- Experience in a high risk environment ideally in seafood,meats,produce is a must,including knowledge of retailer standards
- Export AA SQF Code management essential
- Demonstrate a passionate customer service ethic
- You enjoy working in a team environment, but also can work autonomously
- Can display a high level of presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and have a “can do” attitude
- Display strong leadership qualities
- Possess strong communication
- Highly motivated to achieve
