General Pants Group is one of the most innovative and fast growing youth fashion retailers in Australia. We are currently taking applications for an energetic Supply Chain Administrator to join our Supply Chain Team.
In this role, you will assist with the supply chain coordination in the import and export of vertical apparel across the retail and wholesale business.
Supporting the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining vertical delivery schedule for retail and Wholesale business.
- Making amendments to Purchase orders in Webtools and Epicor when necessary
- Ensuring Import and export documentation is accurate and available for Customs clearance
- Ensure Invoices and Packing lists are correct, and assist in any investigations regarding invoicing
- Following up with factories regarding order status/delivery deadlines.
- Communicating with external suppliers, design and production teams to ensure all shipment samples are received and approved on time.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge level of Excel
- Experience with Import/export documentation
- Good with numbers
- Strong and excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills: oral and written
- Exposure to ERP systems would be helpful but not essential
- Experience within the Retail Industry will be highly regarded
