We are seeking a Warehouse Team Member/ Driver to join our team to be a part of all aspects of a warehouse environment within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will have the aptitude to learn new skills, be part of all warehouse operations and be a key team member.
The position is full time between Monday to Friday and will be an immediate start for the right candidate.
JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive orders and unload and unpack deliveries
- Prepare delivery manifests, phoning clients to co-ordinate/organise delivery/pick up times
- Reconcile invoices against deliveries/ purchase orders
- Invoicing of customer orders
- Despatch of orders to internal and external customers
- Planning of warehouse to accommodate stock and efficient order picking
- Answer emails, phone calls, emails and other communications from company and customers pertaining to warehouse operations
- Cleaning and assembly of orders
- Assist with delivery and pickup of orders with some installation tasks
- Follow work health and safety procedures
- Undertake training and other duties as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential
- Good attention to detail skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good attitude/self-motivated
- Reliable, trustworthy, flexible and dependable
- Forklift Licence
- Drivers licence - Ability to drive small delivery truck
- Physically fit for manual work
- National Police Check
- Right to Work in Australia
