Our client provides 3PL warehousing and distribution services across Australia. They are an accredited IATA airfreight forwarding company operating competitive airfreight services Worldwide in conjunction with their overseas offices.
They are currently seeking experienced forklift operators/storemen to join their team.
These are hands on roles and you will be required to work in a fast paced environment.
Positions are ongoing Monday - Friday day shift positions located in Tullamarine
Duties include but not limited to:
- Unloading and loading trucks and containers
- Quality checks and labeling stock
- Pallet wrapping
- Picking/Packing stock
- Manual handling
- General storeman duties
- Maintain all documentation including manifests and receipts
To be successful for this position you must have:
- Experience working in a warehousing environment
- Must be available Monday - Friday and the occasional weekend.
- Must be available for 7am start time
- Valid forklift license
- Experience unloading and loading trucks and containers with forklift
- Good attention to details for labeling/wrapping stock
- Reliable transport
- Team player with good communcation skills
- Must pass a police check.
- Reach forklift experience is preferred but not essential.
- Slip Sheet Operating is preferred but not essential.
