We are currently seeking full time Production Team Leaders skilled specifically in knife hand, machine operating and meat handling to join our Production Team. If you are an experience meat process worker, a butcher by trade or possess exceptional knife handling skills and looking to progress further in your career, than this is the role for you!

- Monday to Friday work (morning or afternoon shifts available)

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role will see you ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your Production Lines. You will assist Management in delivering good quality products that meet the specifications of the customer whilst maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Whilst previous experience in fast moving consumer goods, or exposure to the Meat Industry, would be advantageous, we are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to drive the team daily.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven leadership experience within a similar Production environment, ideally food manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to think quickly, clearly and logically whilst meeting deadlines
- Highly motivated and self driven
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop rapport quickly
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
