Barnes Auto Co specialises in ultra-heavy salvage and recovery services and is the largest and oldest dedicated heavy vehicle towing and recovery business in Australia.
We are looking for a person to work from home on weekends and be the one point of call for:
- Dispatching trucks using judgement for job allocation;
- Providing a high level of customer service when answering customer calls and service queries;
- Upholding high attention to detail to ensure smooth operations; and
- Using initiative to find customer focused solutions.
We are looking for someone who preferably has experience in a transport or logistics and a working knowledge of heavy vehicles. Strong customer service and sound computer skills are also required.
Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent to run operations alone.
The phones will be switched over early Saturday morning and we are looking for some one to take calls and book + dispatch any jobs on their work laptop at home until early Monday morning.
