We are currently seeking a Depot Supervisor to join the Cairns team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of your allocated Depot.
In Summary, this includes:
- Assist with the delivery of route, special event and charter services;
- Provide day-to-day operational support to General Manager;
- Ensure payroll-related activities are undertaken correctly and within designated timeframes and authorisations;
- Assist your manager to ensure our service delivery complies with our contractual obligations;
- Maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders;
- Ensure regular checking, monitoring and reporting on KPI's for Sunbus;
- Assist with resolving customer enquiries and complaints;
- Assist the in the preparation and analysis of monthly performance reports;
- Assist the General Manager to with managing staff resources.
Education / Qualifications / Experience
- Relevant qualification and minimum 2 years in similar management positon leading a large team
- High-level knowledge of operational systems and logistics planning functions.
- Understanding of the transport industry is mandatory
- HR Licence (Desired) and current QLD (G/S) Drivers Authority

- Intermediate computer literacy, including the ability to utilise integrated software systems (TIMS knowledge is preferable)
