The HMA Group is a dynamic national engineering company that specialises in the supply of material handling equipment, wear resistant linings, boiler cleaning equipment and maintenance services, instrumentation and valving solutions. Our wide range of equipment and services are used in many industries including mining, industrial, petrochemical, oil and gas, process, power generation, water and wastewater.
The focus of this pivotal position is to provide support for the sales division in our Mackay Operations. HMA Wear Solutions have been manufacturing and supplying specialised wear resistant linings and systems in Australia for over 30 years.

Skills and Personal Attributes to help succeed in this role:
- Must be technically competent - mechanical trade minimum
- Demonstrated experienced in reading drawings
- Possess well developed writing and communication skills
- Previous experience an advantage
- Sound team work skills
- Strong focus on outcomes and deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Initiative – self starter
Duties (not limited to)
- Estimating piping via specialised programs
- Estimating chute work and various other jobs for coal washeries predominantly
- Processing orders through to production
On the job training will be provided.
