Our client, a leader in its field is looking for an experienced storeperson to play an important part in their organisation.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for:
- General warehouse duties including Counter Balance Forklift driving and loading/unloading containers
- Co-ordinating work within the team
- Weekly stocktakes of inventory and completing audits when required
- Palletising and organising stock
- Completing paperwork as well as computer work
To succeed in this role you will:
- have experience in a similiar role
- have a forklift license and demonstrated experience
- Experience working within the food industry advantageous
- Computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be ready to step up into a senior storeman role with further opportunities down the road
This is a day shift role with flexibility required to work a shift that will fall between 6am - 6pm. This is an opportunity to gain a long term position within a stable, growing company in a senior role with further opportunities to advance.
