Seeking an Experience Factory Supervisor to join a growing team of a well-established company located in Melrose Park.
Reporting to the Managing Director the Factory Supervisor will be expected to:
- Promote the company policies & values with passion
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Work to deadlines & company standards
- Have the ability to complete reports - computer literate
- Have the ability to manage & train a small team
- Drivers and fork lift licences are essential
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
- Strong organisation skills

- Confident working in the manufacturing industry
- Experienced in managing a small team
- Sales skills
- Passion to build a positive working culture
Strong electrical knowledge is advantageous
