Our client is looking for an Imports Coordinator reporting to the Inventory Manager.

The role day to day will see you being responsible for inventory and selling the value add service of the inventory system.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor supplier commitments for open purchase orders
• Be confident in running SAP procedures to populate Advanced Shipping Notice data
• Update supply commitments that are based on supplier commitment
• Rescheduling delivered based on updated from transport
• Attention to detail when filing commercial documentation in Sales Force and File Share
• Use Sales Force to review past dates to identify missed commitments
• Ensure committed dates to customers are accurate by basing them on supply
• Being able to work with Clearance Agent and 3PL to prioritise inbound shipments

Successful Candidates

• Experience with imports coordination
• ERP (SAP or Oracle)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Inventory and logistics coordination experience is ideal
• A background in medical is preferred but not essential
