Linfox is looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST to be based at their Hazelmere site. This is a permanent, full time opportunity that needs a highly motivated, SAP super-user with a solid background in the resources logistics industry.
An innovative thinker would thrive in this role driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Provide solid business analysis support to the Contract Manager
- Management of contractual KPIs ensuring data integrity and adherence to reporting deadlines
- Provide support to the contract with assisting resolving invoice queries, freight delivery confirmations and any system errors
- Provide analysis and support in development of continuous improvement initiatives that benefit both the customer and Linfox
- Driving the Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision ZERO is a daily focus.
- Maintain a positive relationship and good communications with the customer
- Provide efficient and effective customer service.
You will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the logistics industry
- Previous exposure to the resources industry (desirable)
- Super-user of SAP particularly Material Management module
- Excellent MS Office suite skills
- Working knowledge of WA transport regulations including COR
- Customer service focused
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and enjoyment of multi-tasking
- Active engagement in a positive safety culture
- The ability to obtain a satisfactory criminal history check and successfully complete a full medical including a drug and alcohol test.
