Client Details

A large scale global business in the Industrial Equipment sector is currently on the look-out for an experienced Internal Sales Team Leader to join their Customer Service and Sales Support Team based in one of their Western Sydney locations. Combining leadership skills as well as a drive to help the team perform, this role is vital in assisting growth and development of a Small team support all Sales related enquiries for their External and Internal Stakeholders.

Description

The right candidate will be able to grow and assume initiative in their role as a Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor and are required to do the following:

  • Expediting sales order and quotes to maximize sales performance
  • Focusing on Business development and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Competent SAP system usage with basic experience in utilizing reporting functions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and enquiries that have been escalated by team
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand and support business and customer requirements
  • Present and Discuss all products and services and convey all company values accordingly
  • Provide support to process implementation for National And International Company processes.
  • Up-skill and Manage Tightly-Knit Customer Service Team

Profile

Successful candidates will have experience in a Customer Service or Internal Sales Supervisor role with a focus on sales growth and relationship management as well as ups-killing staff accordingly. Such individuals require the following:

  • Proactively manage and up-skill staff with a focus on providing the best service possible
  • Strong computer system capabilities particularly through Microsoft Platforms
  • Competent use of SAP Skills.
  • Previous experience managing a team within Internal Sales, Aftermarket, Customer Service or related fields.

  • Highly motivated and results focused.

  • Preferred knowledge of warehousing and supply chain principles, as well as the fast-paced nature of logistics.
