A great Career Opportunity currently exists for those candidates with a Supervisory or Leading Hand background in the Food Industry, for one of Australia's leading food manufacturing companies.
- Based in Eagle Farm
- Dayshift Hours
- Flexibility to work a spread of hours (4am - 4pm)
- Work 5 - 6 days a week, Mon to Sat
- Attractive Pay rate
This role will report directly to the Operations Manager, where you will be focusing on the following key areas:
- Leading a team to meet production targets and objectives
- Promoting and upholding set standards of product quality excellence
- Ensuring HACCP practices, along with general WHS standards are upheld at all times
- Workforce planning and performance management of your team
- Communicating effectively both with your team, supervisors and operations management
- Ability to plan product orders daily and meet set KPI's
To succeed in this role, you will be equipped with a strong background and knowledge of leading food industry practices, and you will have strong people and leadership skills.
