A great opportunity exists within a successful family owned national company who specialize in medical devices including adjustable massage beds and massage recliner chairs.
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced (2+ years) Customer Service Professional with Delivery Experience. This role is a critical role within Revitalife as we pride ourselves on exceptional after sales service so only people with a friendly and professional demeanor with great personal presentation need apply.
The role of Delivery Manager- VIC will be assisted daily by a Deliveries Specialist - VIC, spending each day on the road out of our Thomastown Office in a new vehicle providing our customers with the "Delivery Experience" which consists of first class customer service, product deliveries and installation and attending to any maintenance needs for our customers in the greater VIC region.
The role is 5 days each week, no Weekends (days can vary between 3-4 hours and 8-11 hours) with a fortnightly rate of $2,400 + Super.
This is an extremely important and highly regarded role within an extremely successful company. This is not a "drop and go" role. The Delivery Experience makes up part of the overall Customer Experience so someone that would enjoy delivering this is needed.
