We are looking for a highly energetic and dynamic Production Manager with experience in food manufacturing who can lead through inspirational leadership and passion and what we do and why!

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join our Leadership Team within the Berkeley Vale factory to lead our Beverages Production Department.

You will be responsible for providing constructive leadership for the work environment including the team culture, continuous improvement and the P&L of the Beverages Manufacturing Unit. In delivering the manufacturing strategies you will have a number of support functions to assist you.  

The successful applicant will have Beverages, Milk or Liquid Manufacturing experience and will be able to demonstrate outstanding achievements in driving operational efficiency and change management initiatives within a credible lean manufacturing environment.
