The Role
Working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm and reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all Trucks and Machinery are booked in, valued, photographed and uploaded within the required deadlines;
- Accurately documenting any damage to the Trucks and Machinery.
- Ensuring all items are well presented for viewing and the floor is set prior to auction in a timely and efficient manner; and
- Delivering outstanding service to vendors and buyers.
- stock control of Trucks and Machinery
- Locating, labelling and setting vehicles for auction in a timely and efficient manner
- Following all WH&S policies and procedures as required
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- High attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills – MS Word/Outlook
- Sound knowledge of trucks and machinery
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A current and valid manual driver's licence
- Truck drivers licence an advantage
- Forklift licence an advantage
