The Position

You will control end to end export air freight processes including:

• Receiving and making export bookings
• Processing job registrations
• Lodging EDN's and PRA's
• Co-ordinating delivery of freight to the terminals
• Preparing and issuing invoices
• Liaising with the interstate and overseas offices and agents
• Issuing export documentation
• Finalising and closing job files

The Requirements 

To be considered you require:

• Export air freight experience
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible hours
• EDI experience preferred
• Have experience with Customs

• Great support from your manager and team
