An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader to join a well known Pharmaceutical company based in Eastern Creek.
This role is an ongoing assignment with the opportunity to upskill, a great support network and excellent working conditions.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Leading, coaching and training staff
Quality Assurance checks
General warehouse and picking duties
High reach forklift operation
Review and recommendations on business processes
Cycle counts and Stock take
To be considered for this position you will need:
Demonstrated experience in motivating a team to achieve KPI's
Receiving experience
Excellent attention to detail
Availability to work overtime where required
Sound computer literacy and numeracy skills
Advanced excel skills
