Operate Amada Turret Machine
Set up and operate the turret machine
Set up tooling
load program
set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance
work in a fast paced environment.
Follow established safety policies
Experience:
2-3 years experience in sheet metal manufacture
Proven experience operating and programming Amada or similar CNC Turret Punches or willing to learn
Folding of Brackets on Press Brake as per drawings
Experience working with sheet metal
Skills
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Basic level math skills including fractions and divisions and and understanding of angles
Ability to identify and determine material thickness and gauges.
Physically able to clear jams from machines
Basic knowledge of Autocad preferred
Computer skills necessary.
Physically fit and strong
