Corrugator Day Shift Team Leader
Abbe Corrugated Pty Ltd is an independent manufacturer and converter of corrugated cardboard, cardboard boxes and packaging, based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. This is an exciting time to join Abbe Corrugated Pty Ltd and continue the ongoing growth of a successful family owned business. The company is now looking for a Corrugator Team leader (D/S) responsible for ensuring the smooth-running of day to day operations of its corrugator in its Coolaroo manufacturing facility.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate and meet the following criteria:
- Ability to work flexibly in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Experienced technical understanding of a corrugator or similar equipment
- Good mechanical/Electrical skills (trade or engineering background would be advantageous)
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Organised
- PC skills, email, word, excel, ERP systems
- Self-Disciplined/Self starter
- Analytical
- Problem solver
- People person – good people manager
- Good teamwork
- A positive attitude and approach to work
- The ability to instill a culture of continuous improvement
- Eligible to work in Australia
Remuneration dependent upon skills and experience
