The Company
We are a large proprietary company managing a diverse portfolio of companies in three different industries. A challenging but equally rewarding job has arisen in one of the sectors which manufactures, sources and supplies wholesalers and retailers with innovative commercial office workstation and furniture systems.
The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, your main role and duties will include:
- Management of purchasing and logistics
- Monitor current inventory levels as well as future production expectations managing the process accurately.
- Investigate and reconcile stock variances and discrepancies
- Processing of sales orders
- Invoice Processing
- Supplier Account Reconciliation
- Liaise with various stakeholders, both internal and external
- Other related duties as required by management
Your Profile
Having previously worked in fast paced, high volume inventory management environment, you will have a full understanding of the end to end inventory function as well as possess the following skills:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Sound MYOB knowledge
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
- Demonstrated experience managing stock
