With over 180 branches nationally, rapid expansion and revenue in excess of $1 Billion AUD annually, this stable organisation is looking for experienced Branch Managers as they transition into their next phase of growth.
 
The Opportunity:
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a varied employee base comprising of technical service and customer facing sales focused professionals. The Branch Manager is responsible for the optimal performance of the branch and achieving defined KPI’s around revenue, fleet availability, fleet utilisation and customer loyalty. Strong leadership capability and character is vital to engaging a diverse team to perform at their best and in accordance with policies and procedures. The day to day functioning of the branch is a key priority along with driving the adherence to our crucial Zero Harm safety culture.

Your duties include but not limited to:

  • Ensure effective and efficient branch operations relating to equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, changeovers and breakdowns.
  • Equip employees with the relevant knowledge of key branch operations, quality and safety processes and ensure full compliance.
  • Drive efforts to expand the existing customer base by sourcing new business from the area.
  • Drive relentless customer focus from all employees within the branch to create the best solution / outcome for our customers.
  • Create and implement plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Participate in internal and external audits of the branch as required and action any assigned tasks post audit.
  • Provide strong and effective leadership to maximise the engagement of a diverse team to perform to their best.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Business Management; Business Management degree.
  • Relevant experience in a management position.
  • Sales / Customer service experience.
  • Experience with heavy duty equipment.
