As an Analyst you will…

Work alongside our Commercial Vehicle Program Manager delivering solutions for light commercial vehicles, trucks and equipment. This role covers quotes, pricing, creating residual value matrices, and reporting on operating costs and KPI’s.

Your days will be filled with....

• Creating quotes, residual values and product guides for our customers. A keen attention to detail is a must!
• Assisting with reviews and changes to pricing, ensuring our information is accurate and up to date
• Processing customer requests and supporting the team with customer enquiries
• Preparing and maintaining reports, KPI’s and analysis tools.
• Lots of communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent and effective service for all Commercial Vehicle assets

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who loves numbers, finding solutions and is interested in the wide world of commercial vehicles, trucks and equipment.

You will need to:

• Be an excellent communicator in both verbal and written form
• Have an understanding of fleet management products, services and processes
• Be able to use Excel like a pro! Great Visual Basic and Word processing skills are also needed
• Organise and prioritise your day well – there will be specific deadlines and regular reporting needs to meet
• And, a certificate or Diploma in a Business related discipline would be an advantage
