• Transition all aspects of the current stock control systems to a cloud based solution such as Trade Gecko.
• Source, establish, maintain all supplier relationships,
• Negotiate purchase discounts using s ‘3 quote’ system for all purchases,
• Quality control of all incoming orders. Check weights, Hallmark, Metal, Quantities and confirm orders,
• All Data management into Ostendo,
• Manage Cruise Shipping costs and logistics, reduce overheads where possible and report on all costs,
• Draft all Purchase Budgets using Reporting programs available,
• Manage uploads of all purchases into Xero, negotiate payment schedules and manage timelines to receive goods,
• Manage Logistics team, internal transfers, stock check accuracy,
• Manage all Vendor logistics (onloads, offloads, inventory adjustments, security and customs),
• Control all internal stock movements using tracking sheets with checks and measures,
• Manage internal stock security systems,
• Report on all losses and mitigate,
• Manage all areas of customer makeups and manage team pricing training,
• Management of all customer service and valuation requests,
