My client is a global leader in the Freight Forwarding industry. With a supportive team of managers, high tech and purpose built facility and an image to be envious of they set the standards for Freight Forwarders in Australia.
The Melbourne branch is growing as a result of their continuous success which has opened up a rare vacancy in their Customer Service department. To be successful for this position the candidate MUST posses the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service within Freight Forwarding
- Minimum 4 years experience in Freight Forwarding
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer First mentality
- Well groomed and well presented
- Wanting to get into an ACCOUNT MANAGER position
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for but not limited to:
- The day to day customer service requirements of clients
- Expediting bookings and shipments
- Providing all forms of communication
- Looking for every opportunity to increase volume and revenue
- Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relations
- Monitor and relay market trends and shipping line news
- Attending client
This position title may change from Customer Service to Account Management.
