Our client based in Kwinana are currently looking for an Export Clerk to join their team immediately.

You will be responsible for receiving orders, entering orders and liaising with sales and customers to ensure on time delivery of product.

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Receiving orders from customers and sales personnel; placing and tracking these orders in SAP
• Coordinating and communicating with customers regarding product availability, and shipping / transportation requirements.
• Will work with Sales, Shipping lines, Distribution and Planning,
• Daily filing of all documents & back-up support
• Accountability for timely and accurate Month End closing and warehouse inventory reconciliations
• Ensure product sales comply with the terms and conditions and contract agreements by organising accurate shipping documents.
• Processing Customer Exception Reports
• Maintain and enhance client contact through the contractual process to ensure continuity of information in relation to administrative and logistic updates and issues.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Extensive Experience in a Customer Service, Sales or order processing field.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
• Experience in ERP systems.
• Prior Ellipse, Mine Market and / or SAP experience.
• Experience in international export / import environment.
• Experience in a Mining or heavy manufacturing industry
