Roza's Gourmet is a boutique supplier of premium gourmet sauces & dips to over 600 wholesale and retail outlets across Australia and more recently, overseas. We operate from an industrial kitchen manufacturing our gourmet range which supplies nationally to leading grocers, delis, and cafes.

Our rapidly expanding company is seeking enthusiastic factory hands to work in our busy Sumner Park factory.
To be successful in this position you will have an ability to work well as part of a team, have a genuine, cheerful attitude and well-developed communication skills.
Duties & responsibilities:
This is a physical, hands-on role. It involves all aspects of production, filling, lidding and labelling including:
- Production line & labelling products
- Keeping a clean and hygienic workplace
- Managing the quantity and rotation of stock
- Record keeping and daily paperwork
- General kitchenhand duties
About you:
You will often be working in a team and with a constant workload, therefore you must possess the following:
- Attention to detail and be able to follow procedures concisely
- Ability to multitask and prioritise

- Be comfortable with regular heavy lifting (10-20kg)
Experience/Qualifications:
You must possess the relevant training and skillset to develop and implement procedures to support our volume of production:
- Experience working in food manufacturing
- Intermediate computer skills
- Forklift licence is not required, but is of benefit
- Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety procedures are essential
Hours:
Our factory operates Monday - Friday, between the hours of 5am - 6pm.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
