CUSTOMER SERVICE – IMPORT CLIENT SERVICES
Position Description :
-Provide optimum service to a portfolio of clients
-Organise Bookings with overseas offices and agents in a timely and cost effective manner
-Monitor shipments from origin though to destination
-Update Shipment status reports
-Respond to queries from clients , overseas offices and staff
-Liaising with Sales Team ,internal staff and external stakeholders
Skills Required :
Minimum 5 years experience in an international freight forwarding company
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to time manage and problem solve
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Positive team interaction - i.e. great team player
