Forsythes Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced storeperson for an assignment with one of our mining clients.
Essentially the role will be to provide warehouse and distribution services, including but not limited to:
Operate lifting equipment
Picking, packing and dispatching orders
Unpacking and checking stock
Stock-taking and generating basic reports
Receipt and dispatch items
Co-ordinate dispatch transport and compile dispatch documentation
Inspect and maintain items
Accurate; data entry, file records and documentation
To be successful in this position you will have:
Essential
- Certificate II Warehousing and Storage or at least 2-5 years’ industry experience
- High Risk Forklift License
Desirable
- High Risk Order Picker (LO)
- High Risk Boom Type Elevating Work Platform (WP)
A pre-employment medical, Drug & Alcohol screening and criminal histrory check are mandatory for the successful applicant.
