Talenza have been engaged to source a Senior Program Manager/ Director to design, build & deliver an end to end manufacturing/ Processing Plant. This Manufacturing Plant will be a first of its kind and at a scale of an automotive or Mining/ Oil & Gas Plant.
This program is part of a group wide investment of circa $250m to $500m over the next 3 years to transform its business initially in the ANZ region and then globally thereafter.
The Senior Program Manager/ Director will work closely with the executive teams across the Business to build out the business case and program, followed by engaging with a preferred partners and then into the build & deliver phase.
It is critical the successful individual has a strong proven delivery & Build experience in the Manufacturing/ Processing industry and have worked on scaled programs, eg, building a new automotive/ Mining or Oil & Gas manufacturing Plant. You will be expected to have the experience in building a program from inception through to implementation & deployment phases. This would see an individual running a program from start to finish over the next 3-5 years.
In this role, you will leverage your strong project & program management skills to deliver a world class manufacturing site. Given the size of the program and spend the individual will also be expected to have exceptional risk & financial management skills & abilities.
What we'd like you to know how to do already
- End to End Delivery experience
- Proven Program Management experience
- Essential to have run new builds/ refurb programs in the manufacturing or processing industry (Automotive, Mining or Oil & Gas industries as examples)
- Strong change & risk management skills
- Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder experience
- strong financial & budgeting skills & experience (Programs $100m+)
