Responsible for the production scheduling process, this role is pivotal to delivering customer satisfaction daily. Working with customer service, production, transport and purchasing teams this position interacts and engages with people to facilitate and prioritise production flow.
 
The person that wins this position will need a blend of assertiveness and persuasiveness to engage with other team members and achieve positive outcomes in a dynamic and fluid environment. 
 
You will enjoy a busy role that combines utilising existing systems and preparing Excel worksheets with regular communication with others to provide the production plan to the production team to meet customer requirements. You will also co-ordinate with the transport team to ensure the production and delivery cycles synchronise. Your flexible approach understands that things can change quickly and you can think on your feet to resolve issues in a proactive manner.
 
You will bring your experience in planning and stock control gained in a manufacturing, supply chain or process driven organisation. Obviously communications and interpersonal skills are of paramount importance with a high level of energy to be able get the job done.

PRONTO system experience is a must!
