SunWater is Queensland’s largest bulk water service provider with an 80-year history of delivering world-class bulk water solutions for agriculture, industry, mining and urban communities.
The Contract Manager is responsible for enabling the capture and maintenance of long term value from SunWater’s revenue contracts through prudent contract management and governance practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development of standard terms, contract templates, and processes that align with SunWater’s risk profile and responsive customer service and engagement;
- Provide high quality, timely and accurate information, advice and insights on SunWater’s contracts and customers to enable efficient and effective commercial decision making and customer service;
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the management of the end to end revenue contract lifecycle; and
- Monitor SunWater’s compliance to contract terms, key dates and commitments to customers.
To be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualifications in business, economics, law or business management and extensive experience in reviewing and interpreting a variety of complex contracts. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. Advanced Excel skills is essential for this role.
