About Us
Tyrecycle started in 1992 as a division of a major tyre manufacturer. Due to an unmet demand, it quickly expanded into a national tyre recycler for all types of tyres. Today it is part of the highly regarded integrated resource recovery group, ResourceCo. We're continually finding ways to reuse and recycle scrap tyres to stop them going to waste and landfill.
The Role
This is a full time role working as part of the Victoria - Dandenong Collections team.
You will be responsible for the collection of tyres and other recycling goods from our customer sites. You will work to agreed schedules predominately in metro Melbourne to deliver a high quality service to our customers.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking HR rigid drivers who also have experience with manually loading and unloading the truck. This is a physically demanding role that requires you to work at a high pace ensuring safe work practices are adhered to at all times.
It is also expected that you will act as a company representative so personal and truck presentation as well as driving capability is of the utmost importance.
Skills & Experience
- At least 12 months experience as a HR driver.
- Knowledge of Melbourne metro area would be advantageous.
- A valid HR licence is essential for the role.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent physical condition.
- Experience completing pre and post vehicle checks.
- Be reliable, hardworking and responsible.
