Already a firmly established Australian business and the pre-eminent name within their field, our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to join the team on its next phase of growth and drive operational efficiencies and business KPIs.

This is a career defining opportunity for an up-and-coming, highly organised and motivated supervisor with exposure to the planning and production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production operation by supervising and driving results through the production team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure production timelines and targets are met in line with stringent quality and safety standards
• Plan and prepare production schedules on a daily basis
• Monitor safety, quality and continuous improvement across the production process
• Manage the performance of the production team and build a strong successful team
• Undertake assembly and production tasks as required

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience within an production environment and proven leadership with strong communication skills. You will be a hands-on supervisor, equally adept at driving results through people as ‘rolling up your sleeves’ and meeting production targets. You will have also knowledge and experience in using an ERP system.
