The Position

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will offer critical client support by:    

• Co-ordinating customer shipments with origin office, whilst continuing to monitor shipments until destination delivery
• Ensuring customer agreed service levels and value add services are met
• Updating clients regarding order status including delays
• Responding to customer enquiries in a timely professional manner
• Ensuring customer retention by addressing and resolving service issues
• Developing ongoing client relationships

The Requirements  
     
To be successful in this role you will display;       

• Well developed customer service skills 
• Excellent knowledge of the freight forwarding industry 
• Proven relationship management and influencing skills 
• Excellent communication skills with a highly service orientated approach
• Sound FAK knowledge an advantage
