About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator based in Truganina, Melbourne.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Respond to queries related to cargo check-in, underbonds, tracking, status
- Dissect and send run sheets to Customer Service, interstate teams and Cartage for freight forwarding purposes
- Relay information of out turns back to branches
- Act as main point of contact for pick up (job numbers, collation of information, allocations etc) including checking status to ensure it is correct
- Undertake bond checks and relaying information
- General administrative duties including filing and data entry.

Skills and experience
- Experience in a similar role within freight forwarding and logistics (eg customer service, cartage, administration or operations)
- Proven commitment to customer service and a can do attitude
- High level written and spoken communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer and systems literacy including MS Office applications and CargoWise
- The ability to prioritise tasks, problem solve and meet deadlines.
